Shot Blasting

Steel materials are delivered directly to Blastmaster's plant in Caloocan. Our staff will coordinate with the customer on their blasting and painting specifications and schedule of delivery. Once blasted and painted, the materials can be delivered to our customer's location or we can arrange for onward shipping to customers in other parts of the country. Our fully automated shot blasting machine can blast an average of 20 sheets of steel plates (8' x 30') an hour. Aside from having a high volume output, our blastmachines consistently produce superior surface profile.

Blasting Room

Our blast room handles blasting of fabricated beams, hydraulic and oil tanks, machine foundation, crane boom and other complicated big or small items. Blast Room features includes pneumatic recovery system, bucked elevator, cyclonic and air-wash reclaimers, screw floors, ventilation system, pressure vessels and blast control safety equipments. We assure that our blasting is of the highest quality finished and will certainly meet our customers requirement and tight schedule.

Mobile Blasting Machine

We have different sizes and model of mobile shot blasting machine to handle all big and small projects. We welcome discussion on customer’s project requirement in order to mobilized or custom make a suitable shot blasting machine for the projects on site.
